System 40

The MARKLOAD SYSTEMS "System 40" uses the latest developments in high integration microprocessors to create a rugged and reliable system that is extremely simple to setup and use. The system design offers a wide range of configuration options to meet requirements of virtually all lattice, telescoping cranes for use in marine and harsh chemical and salt water environments. Setup is entered through efficient easy to use front panel buttons.

Powered by 115/230 VAC or 12/24 VDC input
Large easy to numeric display.
Parts of Line selectable from 1 to 99
Compact easy to install Display/Control unit.
Optional alarm indicators:
- Flashing lights
- Clear audible sounds
- On screen error codes describing the alarm condition
Wide variety of inputs including:
- Dead end Tensiometers
- Running Line Tensiometers
- Load pins
- Boom length sensor (for telescoping boom applications)
- Boom angle sensor
Optional relay for external warning devices and / or shutdown functions
General
- Design reflects unitized and modular stainless steel enclosures inter connected with Bendix anodized connectors with gold plated pins, and molded to fire retardant polyurethane electrical cables, which provides corrosion resistance, strain relief, as well as waterproofing.

  - System accuracy meets or exceeds ą 2% full scale
